Copyright, Use and Artwork Verification

All artworks, artwork images, texts and other original content presented on this website belong to Gülcan Karadağ and are protected by copyright.

Acquisition of the physical artwork does not transfer the rights to reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from it. Any such use requires the artist’s prior written permission.

Artwork images may not be used, without the artist’s written permission, for artificial intelligence training, data mining, style imitation, derivative image generation or commercial reproduction of any kind.

Requests concerning publication, press, catalogues, exhibitions, licensing or other professional uses must be submitted to the artist in writing, specifying the artwork, medium, duration, territory and intended purpose.

Authenticity and provenance records are maintained in the Gülcan Karadağ Artist Archive. Current certificates of authenticity are linked to a unique artwork inventory number and its corresponding archival record. Requests for verification of an artwork should be made exclusively through the artist’s official contact channels.
